Iceland Wants to be your Friend

Thought I’d mention this splendid bit of online marketing concocted by a friend of mine Valgeir Valdimarsson @ takk takk, icelandwantstobeyourfriend.com

In the project, Iceland (the country yes) is portrayed as a person and has a voice of it’s own, a very pleasant, funny one. You simply have to have a look at the twitter feed here. Ehhh, I dont really know what to say, maybe it’s trying to multitask bloging and watching tv at the same time, sorry valgeir.

Make sure you have a look at both the site (very nice use of custom fonts from typekit) and the twitter feed if you haven’t already.
